Can be used in hazardous area which includes combustible and dust gas, such as chemical engineering, oil refinery, food processing, oil exploitation, offshore oil platform, tanker, tunnel pipe gallery, military industry, spaceflight , pharmacy, metallurgy, mineral products and etc.

The housing is made of die-cast aluminum alloy. After high-speed shot blasting and high-frequency cleaning, the surface is treated with high-pressure electrostatic spraying, which enhances the anti-corrosion performance. The exposed fasteners are made of stainless steel, ensuring an attractive appearance.

Suitable for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 explosive gas atmospheres, involving Class IIA, IIB, and IIC explosive gases.

Suitable for use in Zone 21 and Zone 22 explosive dust atmospheres, involving Class IIIA, IIIB, and IIIC explosive dusts.

The photoelectric integrated drive circuit adopts an integrated component module, directly accepts utility power input, and features an intelligent IC control solution. It includes protection functions such as over-temperature, over-voltage, and over-current, effectively preventing damage to the light source caused by external factors. With stable performance, it ensures a long service life.

The light source offers excellent color rendering. The standard product uses a color temperature of 5500–6500K, which eliminates the fatigue caused by low color temperature as well as the oppression caused by high color temperature commonly found in traditional luminaires, thereby improving operator work efficiency.

The transparency cover uses the anti-glare frosted PC Cover with IK08 impact resistance, UV resistance, 94% light transmittance, and professional optical distribution: 120°.

Complies with EMC requirements and features short-circuit, overload, and over-voltage protection functions.
